Procurement of Stationery and Other Miscellaneous Store Items

The Office of the Wafaqi Mohtasib (Procurement / Store) invites prequalification applications for a Closed Framework Agreement for the procurement of Stationery and Other Miscellaneous Store Items. This agreement will enable on-demand supply through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the Framework Agreement period. Items being procured: - Stationery - Other Miscellaneous Store Items The procurement is managed by the Office of the Wafaqi Mohtasib located in Islamabad. The prequalification process is open to all national applicants who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the Prequalification Documents. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 19, 2026, 11:00 AM. The opening of applications will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Suppliers are advised to ensure their registration on EPADS v2.0 prior to submission. Vendors not yet registered may complete their registration at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement. Bidders should carefully review the prequalification documents and ensure compliance with all requirements including FBR/ATL registration and any specified PEC categories.
