Procurement of Stationery and Other Miscellaneous Store Items

The Office of the Wafaqi Mohtasib (Procurement / Store) invites national applicants to prequalify for a Closed Framework Agreement for the procurement of Stationery and Other Miscellaneous Store Items. This agreement will enable on-demand supply through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the Framework Agreement period of 12 months. Items being procured: - Stationery - Other Miscellaneous Store Items The prequalification process is open to all national applicants who meet the eligibility requirements specified in the Prequalification Documents. Applications must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Applicants who have not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may complete their registration at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The process follows Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement.
