All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents.
The e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM via the EPADS platform. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Interested bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System website and ensure compliance with all requirements.
Eligibility criteria include registration on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and adherence to the PEC category requirements if applicable. Earnest Money and bid security must be provided as per the bidding documents. The procurement is aimed at ensuring quality and timely supply to support the Federal Shariat Court's administrative and operational needs.
