Procurement of Stationery, Miscellaneous and IT Items for FY 2026-27 Through Closed Framework Agreement

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Islamabad is inviting bids for the procurement of a comprehensive range of stationery, miscellaneous, and IT items for the financial year 2026-27 through a Closed Framework Agreement. This procurement is critical for ensuring the smooth operational functioning of NDMA's offices located near ITP Office, Main Murree Road, Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured include a detailed list of stationery such as Ball point Piano 0.8mm pens (500 packs of 10), Uniball Signo rollerball pens (100 packs of 12), imported box files (large and medium sizes), various sizes of binder clips, imported printer/copier papers in multiple sizes and weights, colored papers, manager papers with and without NDMA logo, hard paper sheets, photo papers, punchers, envelopes of various sizes and qualities, file covers and folders with NDMA logo, correction pens, glue sticks, pencils, markers, highlighters, tapes, paper clips, post-it pads, draft pads, staplers and pins, registers, sharpeners, calculators, scissors, rulers, stamp pads, notebooks, paper fasteners, spiral binding machines and rings, paper shredders, table sets, tape dispensers, flags, and many more. The miscellaneous items include air fresheners, soaps, detergents, cleaning cloths, towels, car wash towels, wooden stands, polishers, insect killers, hair brushes, tissue papers, floor cleaners, brooms, dust bins, dinner sets, ceramic plates, tea sets, water jugs and glasses, thermos flasks, water dispensers, backrests, mirrors, LED lighting equipment, electrical accessories including circuit breakers, gas cylinders, locks, cleaning products, fans, fire extinguisher refilling services, electrical plugs, capacitors, wires, pipes, security lights, and more. The IT items cover a wide range of printer toners for various HP, Canon, Lexmark, Panasonic, and Konica Minolta models, computer accessories such as USB drives, keyboards, mice, routers, switches, cables, chargers, scanners, and other peripherals. The procurement also includes laptop bags, power banks, cleaning kits, presentation remotes, laser levels, headphones, screwdrivers, network tool kits, drill machines, and other related IT equipment. The technical scope requires all items to be brand new, genuine, and conforming to the specifications and samples provided. Delivery is on a need basis to the NDMA office in Islamabad. Bidders must ensure availability of adequate manpower, logistics, and inventory at Islamabad/Rawalpindi premises to respond within one day of official request or purchase order. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, non-blacklisting affidavit, no ongoing litigation, and experience with previous clients. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by August 10, 2026, 11:00 AM, with bid security as specified. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
