Samples must be submitted free of charge before tender opening. The successful bidders must supply goods at quoted rates during the contract period. Performance guarantees of 5% of contract value per lot are required. Delivery time for ordered items is one week from purchase order issuance, subject to possible extension by the Provincial Election Commissioner. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR for sales and income tax, proof of business existence for at least one year, and a branch or business presence in Peshawar. Bidders must not be blacklisted or defaulters. Payment will be made after successful supply and acceptance of items. Taxes will be deducted as per law.
