The technical scope covers supply of best quality items as per detailed specifications including branded and customized products where applicable. Delivery is required within 27 days to the specified address in Islamabad. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have relevant experience in supply of stationery and store items for at least 3 organizations in the past 2 years, valid registrations including FBR/NTN, and compliance with bid security requirements.
