The Office of the Prosecutor General Punjab Lahore invites tenders from interested firms, companies, suppliers, distributors, individuals or AOPs registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax & Punjab Revenue Authority for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must submit separate financial and technical bids for each lot of procurement. Bidders may participate in one or more lots but must provide all items listed in the chosen lot. Items being procured: - Stationery - Printing & Publication - Electrical Items - Toners / Computer Stationery - Toiletry & Crockery Items - Auto Parts - Lubricants - Uniform - IT Equipment's - Furniture & Fixtures - Plant & Machinery The detailed tender documents with complete specifications can be downloaded from the Punjab Government's website http://www.pg.punjab.gov.pk, Punjab E-Procurement System, and PPRA website https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/. Bidders can participate in the bidding process without payment of any fee. Bids must include Bid Security at 5% of the estimated value as per Standard Bidding Documents, Tender Forms, Affidavits, etc. All bids must be submitted/uploaded through the Punjab E-Procurement System before 02:00 PM on 12th October 2026. The tender opening will be held the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all tenders under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The PPRA website https://cp.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx will be used for response time calculation from the date of advertisement publication. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids separately and ensure timely submission through the official e-procurement portal to avoid disqualification.
