Tender Description
The Housing Urban Development & Public Health Engineering Department Lahore invites bids for the procurement of various goods during the financial year 2026-27 under the provisions of PPRA Rules 2014. The bidding documents are available from 11:00 a.m. to 24.08.2026 and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. through e-Procurement Punjab Portal.

The scope covers supply of stationery, printing, computer items, furniture, machinery, hardware, IT equipment repair, transport repair, software repair, uniform and protective clothes, and related items for departmental use. Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and provide valid PEC category and FBR/ATL registration. Earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required as per PPRA rules. Bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement Punjab Portal before the deadline of 24-08-2026 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
