Procurement of Stationery, Printing and Other Items by Directorate General Agriculture (Water Management) Punjab Lahore

The Directorate General Agriculture (Water Management) Punjab Lahore invites bids for the procurement of stationery, printing and other related items under a framework contract valid up to 30th June, 2027. This procurement is aimed at supplying essential office materials to support the department's operations in Lahore. Items being procured: - A03901-Stationery - A03902-Printing - A03970-Others The procurement will be conducted through E-Procurement on a lot-wise basis. Eligible bidders include original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers. Bidders must submit their proposals accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot, in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order or Call at Deposit duly issued from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bidding documents can be obtained online via the E-Procurement portal, PPRA, and the department's website. The bidding process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 as amended.
