Tender Description
Headquarters Gilgit Baltistan Scouts Gilgit invites sealed tenders from well reputed firms for procurement of various stores required for recruitment purposes in Gilgit. Items being procured:

The procurement covers a wide range of goods including office stationery, medical supplies, IT equipment, machinery spares, and uniform items. Tender forms are available at the Procurement Branch from 01 August 2026 to 17 August 2026 during working hours at a cost of Rs. 1000 each. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes: one for technical specifications and one for the commercial offer. Technical bids will be evaluated with samples, and only successful technical bidders will have their financial offers opened.
Samples and required specifications are available for inspection at the Headquarters Gilgit Baltistan Scouts office in Gilgit. A call deposit of 2% of the tendered amount in the form of a bank draft payable to the Director General Gilgit Baltistan Scouts is mandatory as earnest money. Successful bidders will also deposit 5% of the contract value as security against warranty or guarantee period.
Firms not currently working with the Headquarters must provide pre-qualification documents as per PPRA Rules 15 & 16. For further information, contact 05811-920926 between 1000 and 1500 hours on working days. This tender is also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.pk.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the samples and specifications before quoting and ensure timely submission by the deadline of 17 August 2026 at 1100 hours. Late bids will not be accepted. This is a comprehensive procurement requiring attention to detail and compliance with PPRA regulations.
