Procurement of Students Uniform for Boys (Summer & Winter) for Govt Secondary School of Special Education (HI-Boys), Bahawalpur

The Principal of Govt Secondary School of Special Education (HI-Boys), Bahawalpur invites sealed bids through e-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA Rules) from eligible bidders for the procurement of students uniform for boys (summer & winter) for the current financial year 2026-27. The procurement is intended for approximately 160 students enrolled in the institution. The estimated procurement cost is **Rs. 3,000,000/-** (Rupees 3.0 million only). Items being procured: - Shirt (white color with new mono of Dept. on pocket) - Pant (Malatia Gray) - Belt (Black Color and Range / Leather) - Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service) - Socks (Black Color) - Vest / Bunyan (White Color) - Tie (Navy Blue with Golden Strips) - Jursy Navy blue The Directorate General of Special Education Punjab Lahore has standardized uniform items vide No: DGSE-DP-2022/UniformSpec/11305. Uniform items must comply with classification and color scheme as per this specification and the bidding documents. The procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (amended up to 09-01-2023). Bidders must be registered with PFRA and tax authorities and have established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. Technical bids will be opened on 06-10-2026 at 11:30 am. Financial proposals will be evaluated as per rule 38 (2)(a) sub-rule (vii) of PPRA Rules-2014. Bid security of **Rs. 150,000/-** (5% of estimated cost) in the form of ILINK/Bill with technical bid is mandatory. Late delivery charges and penalties apply as per contract terms. Delivery must be made with free delivery to consignee's end basis and items tagged with student name and class. Bidders must upload bids on the E-Procurement System of Punjab Government before or up to 11:00 am on 06-10-2026. The procuring agency will not be responsible for delays by Treasury or other offices. Samples must be submitted on the day of bid opening along with NTU Faisalabad / BZU College of Textile Engineering Multan fresh Lab Test report.
