Procurement of Suitable Vehicles (2800cc) for Establishment of Mobile Food Testing Laboratories

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority invites E-bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from highly reputed Original Manufacturers or Authorized Dealers of the Original Manufacturer. Bidders must have approved 3S quality services (Sales, Service & Parts) of the original local manufacturer, relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and be listed as active on the Active Tax Payer list of FBR. Items being procured: - Suitable Vehicle of (2800cc) for Establishment of Mobile Food Testing Laboratories (Qty: 05) The procurement involves acquiring suitable vehicles with 2800cc engine capacity to establish mobile food testing laboratories. These vehicles will be equipped to support mobile testing operations, ensuring food safety and halal compliance across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must ensure vehicles meet the technical specifications and quality standards required for mobile laboratory setups. Eligibility criteria include being an original manufacturer or authorized dealer with active registration on FBR's Active Tax Payer list. Bidders must also provide bid security/earnest money equivalent to 2% of the total bid cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in favor of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21st September 2026 at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room of the Directorate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority, Ground Floor, New C&W Building, Khyber Road, Police Lines, Peshawar. E-bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 1:00 PM, 4th October 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
