Procurement of Suitable Vehicles (2800cc) for Mobile Food Testing Laboratories

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority invites bids for the procurement of suitable vehicles with 2800cc engine capacity for the establishment of Mobile Food Testing Laboratories in Peshawar. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the mobile testing capabilities of the Authority to ensure food safety and halal compliance across the region. Items being procured: - Suitable Vehicle (2800cc) for Establishment of Mobile Food Testing Laboratories (Qty: 05) Bidders must be original manufacturers or authorized dealers of the original manufacturer with approved 3S quality services (Sales, Service & Parts) of original local manufacturers. They must also be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as active on the Active Tax Payer list of FBR. Bid solicitation documents containing detailed descriptions, evaluation criteria, and terms & conditions can be obtained free of cost by downloading from www.kpfsa.gov.pk and the KPPRA website www.kppra.gov.pk. Documents are also available on the EPADS System. E-bids must be submitted using the EPADS system on or before 1:00 PM, 4th October 2026. Bids received through EPADS will be opened at 2:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bid Security/Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the total bid cost must be submitted in original form as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) drawn from the bidder's account in favor of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21st September 2026 at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room of the Directorate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority, Ground Floor, New C&W Building, Khyber Road, Police Lines, Peshawar. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid documents and ensure compliance with all requirements. Timely submission via EPADS is critical to avoid disqualification.
