Procurement/Supply of Explosives & Accessories for Jumbo Drill Operation at PMDC Salt Mines, Warcha

The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation Islamabad (PMDC) invites sealed bids for the procurement and supply of explosives and accessories specifically for the optimization of Jumbo Drill operations at PMDC Salt Mines, Warcha, District Khushab, Punjab. Inspection of quality and quantity will be conducted by the Project Manager or authorized representatives at the Salt Mines site. Suppliers must have a valid Explosive Manufacturing License issued by the Chief Inspector of Explosives and provide proof of 3 to 5 years relevant experience in supplying explosives and accessories for mining operations. Financial soundness must be demonstrated by certified bank statements covering the last 3 years. Bidders must also submit affidavits confirming no blacklisting, no litigation, and no conflict of interest with PMDC. The bid security amount is Rs. 50,000 in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft in favor of PMDC Security Deposit. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price.
