Procurement/Supply of Explosives & Accessories for Optimization of Jumbo Drill Blasting at PMDC Salt Mines, Warcha

The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation Islamabad (PMDC) invites sealed bids for the procurement and supply of explosives and accessories specifically for the optimization of jumbo drill blasting operations at PMDC Salt Mines located in Warcha, District Khushab, Punjab. Delivery is to be made ex-magazine at PMDC Salt Mines, Warcha within 7-14 days after issuance of purchase order. Inspection and quality verification will be conducted by PMDC representatives. The supplier must hold a valid explosive license approved by the Chief Inspector of Explosives and provide licensed vehicles for transportation. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 5 years of relevant experience in supplying explosives and accessories, sound financial health supported by certified bank statements for the last 3 years, valid licenses, and no ongoing litigation or disputes with PMDC.
