Tender Description
National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites bids for the procurement, supply, and installation of 12.5 KVA diesel generator sets at its branches located in Gilgit and Hangu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This tender covers supply of brand new, latest model DG sets with all standard accessories including ATS panels, weatherproof sound-attenuated canopies, and related electrical works. The project falls under the Power, Electrical & Solar Equipment category and is based in Gilgit-Baltistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.
The scope includes delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of DG sets with a prime power rating of 12.5 KVA, designed for ambient temperatures above 40Β°C. The DG sets must be skid mounted, water cooled, and equipped with electronic or mechanical governors, safety switches, and standard measurement meters. The ATS panels should be fully automatic with manual override and equipped with high-quality electrical components from reputed brands. Installation also includes construction of RCC foundations, cable laying, and earth system setup. Delivery and installation must be completed within 30 days from the contract commencement date.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). They should have satisfactorily completed at least five similar projects costing not less than Rs. 10 million in the last three years. The bid validity period is 180 days, and a bid security of Rs. 150,000 is required. The contract requires a 10% performance security and a warranty period of 12 months from acceptance. Payment terms include full payment within 30 days of acceptance. The procurement will be conducted through electronic bidding on the EPADS platform.
