Procurement and Supply of Sewing Machines with Consumable Item Kits and Usable Training Aid Material under Cash/Voucher Assistance Programme

Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) invites sealed bids from eligible and established manufacturers, reputable distributors/dealers and suppliers for the supply of sewing machines with Consumable Item Kits, and Usable Training Aid Material under its Voucher assistance programme for selected beneficiaries in Buner district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Villages: Beshonai, Malakpur, Pacha-01). Items being procured: - Sewing Machines - Consumable Item Kits - Usable Training Aid Material Interested bidders may obtain the Tender Documents, including detailed item list, Delivery schedule and submission requirements from the PRCS Procurement Department by sending a written request on the official letterhead at the below mentioned address. Alternatively, requests can be sent electronically via email (attaching a soft copy of the above-mentioned request on letterhead) to procurement@prcs.org.pk. The said documents could also be downloaded from the PRCS official website www.prcs.org.pk. The collection date and time for the tender documents is from 06-10-2026 to 14-10-2026 between 09:30 AM to 04:30 PM. Submission date and time is 15-10-2026 till 03:30 PM. Opening of bids will be on 15-10-2026 at 04:00 PM onwards. Bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria including FBR/ATL registration and earnest money requirements as specified in the tender documents.
