Procurement and support of additional licenses for existing deployed Veeam Backup & Replication Enterprise Plus solution

Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited Islamabad invites bids for procurement and support of additional licenses for the existing deployed Veeam Backup & Replication Enterprise Plus solution, fully compatible with the current deployment. Items being procured: - 12 additional Veeam Backup & Replication Enterprise Plus Universal Licenses (VUL) for Virtual Machines (VMs) at the Primary Data Center The licenses must be perpetual and include maintenance, technical support, software updates, and subscription services. The solution must support VMware vSphere 7.x, 8.x, and 9.x environments and integrate seamlessly with the existing Veeam Backup & Replication deployment without requiring replacement or reconfiguration. OEM-backed subscription and support coverage for the contract period is mandatory. Installation, configuration assistance, and post-deployment support are also required. Eligibility criteria include active FBR registration, compliance with technical specifications, OEM authorization, and relevant experience. Bidders must submit compliance sheets and bid securing declarations. The delivery timeline is 10-12 weeks from the issuance of the Purchase Order. The technical bid will be evaluated on client portfolio, compliance to specifications, warranty and support, delivery timelines, and financial turnover.
