Procurement of Surveillance and Security Equipment for FY 2026/27

Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) Turbat invites sealed tenders from firms, original manufacturers, and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue Pakistan for the supply of surveillance and security equipment for the fiscal year 2026/27 in Turbat. Items being procured: - DJI Matrice 4T (Night/Day surveillance with thermal imaging) Quadcopter - DJI Mavic 4 Pro (Day surveillance) Quadcopter - Battery Quadcopter DJI Matrice 400 RTK - Battery Quadcopter DJI Matrice 350 RTK - Battery Quadcopter DJI Matrice 4T - Battery Quadcopter DJI Mavic 3T - Battery Quadcopter DJI Air 3S - Battery Quadcopter DJI Mavic 3 Classic - Battery Quadcopter DJI Mavic Air 3 Tender documents, detailed terms and conditions, technical specifications, and the list of equipment can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000 from the Signal Wing, Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) Turbat. All bidders must deposit a refundable Call Deposit Return (CDR) of Rs. 10,000/- in the name of IGFC Balochistan (South) Turbat, refundable upon successful completion and final settlement of delivery. Bidders must physically attend the tender on 08 October 2026 at Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) Turbat. Tender documents must be submitted in the tender box before 14:00 pm, with technical proposals opened at 14:30 pm and financial proposals at 15:00 pm on the same day. Bids remain valid until 31 December 2026. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The bid package must contain separate envelopes for financial and technical proposals, clearly marked as 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL' and 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL'. No bids will be accepted after the deadline. Firms must submit an affidavit confirming they are 'NON BLACKLISTED' and provide NTN certificate, financial affidavits, last year tax return certificate vetted by FBR, bank statements for the last six months, and a copy of the owner's CNIC. The Inspector General Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004.
