Procurement of T-2048 LT Steel Structure 30'.6 Ft for Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO)

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of T-2048 LT Steel Structure 30'.6 Ft. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Quetta, Balochistan. The procurement process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - LT Steel Structure 30'.6 Ft, Quantity: 1939 Nos, Delivery in two schedules: 969 Nos within 1 to 60 days and 970 Nos within 61 to 120 days, Delivery Location: QESCO Regional Store, Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk, Quetta. The steel structures must comply with DDS-78:2008 specifications (amended to date). Bidders must have valid prototype approval, satisfactory past performance with QESCO or other DISCOs/NTDC for similar items in the last two years, and be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and PPMC/WAPDA/DISCOs/NGC. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 24th September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with the original bid security physically submitted to QESCO HQ, Zarghoon Road, Quetta before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. The contract includes inspection of goods at the supplier's premises by authorized representatives. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price is required. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees against actual invoices.
