Procurement (Supply & Installation) of Textile Engineering Lab Equipment

Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS) invites bids from manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with the Taxation Department (Active Taxpayers) for the procurement of Textile Engineering Lab Equipment. This procurement is specifically for the supply and installation of specialized laboratory equipment to enhance the textile engineering facilities at BUITEMS, located in Baleli, Quetta. Items being procured: - Textile Engineering Lab Equipment (specific items not detailed in the notice). Tender documents can be obtained from the Deputy Director Procurement on payment of Rs. 1,500 (non-refundable) in the form of a bank challan or company's bank draft in favor of the Director Procurement BUITEMS. The procurement follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must submit sealed bids supported by an earnest money deposit of 2% of the total bid value in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque in favor of the Director Procurement BUITEMS. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Directorate of Procurement, BUITEMS Airport Road, Baleli - Quetta by the closing date. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under relevant PPRA rules. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria including registration with tax authorities and earnest money submission. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes as per the bidding procedure.
