Procurement of Tissue Papers by Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat

Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat invites sealed bids from well-reputed, established and experienced firms for procurement of tissue papers. The procurement is governed by Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Tissue Papers Bidders must have registration and active status of NTN and GST with Federal Board of Revenue. The bidding document can be downloaded from BPPRA website www.bppra.gob.pk. The procurement will follow a single stage two envelope bidding method as per Rule 41-(3) of BPPRA Rules, 2014. Contract award will be based on evaluation criteria mentioned in the bidding document. Bid submission deadline is Monday, 26th October 2026 at 11:00 am at the Tender Box, Admin Block, Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat, Quetta. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 pm in Procurement Cell Room #76. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened at 12:30 pm. Bidding document fee is Rs.1000/- payable through Green Deposit Challan in National Bank of Pakistan (Head of Account CO-3870). Bids must include Bid Security of Rs. 20,000/- in the form of Call Deposit from a scheduled bank in favor of Secretary Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat. Bidders should quote rates inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties for each item listed in the bidding document. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all terms and conditions including non-blacklisting by any provincial or federal government department or private sector organization in Pakistan.
