Procurement of Toners for Computer Printers by Federal Government Organization

The Federal Government Organization (FGO HQRS) has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27. The FGO HQRS intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Toners for Computer Printers. Items being procured: - Toners for Computer Printers The procurement will be conducted through sealed bids from eligible bidders on the EPADS v2.0 platform. The process will adopt a Single Stage-One Envelope method using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/120547. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 5, 2026, 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may register themselves at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. A tutorial for registration is available on YouTube.
