Bidders must be registered with HIT or provide valid agency agreements, NTN certificates, and audited financial reports for the last 3 financial years. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/BD/PO is mandatory. Submission deadline is **12 August 2026 at 10:30 hours** at Gate No. 5, Heavy Industries Taxila.
