Military Engineer Services invites sealed tenders for the procurement of Tools & Plant at Gwa Cantt. Items being procured: - Tools & Plant The contractors must submit their applications to the General Engineer (A)-I Gwa for issuance of tender documents. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and who satisfy the special conditions required for the job and area will be issued tender documents. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration certificate. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply. Firms enlisted with MES Setup in Category A, B, C, D & E and having experience of this type are encouraged to apply. The tender documents must be submitted by 11-09-2026 at 1130 hrs and will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same day. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments and that no special report is outstanding against them. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33 (i) of PERA Rules. Interested parties can contact the General Engineer concerned or authorized representative from 0800 to 1500 hours on all working days for further information.
