Tender Description
The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Multan Transmission Distribution Office, is inviting bids for the procurement of tools for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the fund reserved by SNGPL Multan Transmission Distribution Office and aims to acquire various tools essential for their operations in Multan city, Punjab.

The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit sealed bids accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents.
All bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/78520. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
The deadline for bid submission is Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 03:00 PM via EPADS v2.0, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified as per Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Notification copies are available on the procuring agency's and Authority's websites (www.ppra.org.pk).
