Procurement of T&P Items including Annunciation Blocks, D-Shackles, Inhibitor Compound, Conductors Grip, Earth Grips, Bolt Cutter, Steel Ladders, Nylon and Steel Slings

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites electronic bids for procurement of various T&P items under Tender Nos. NCB-STG-T&P-19 and NCB-STG-T&P-20 for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is planned with reserved funds and will be conducted through the EPADS v2.0 e-bidding platform using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured under NCB-STG-T&P-19 include: Annunciation Blocks AC 8-Window (100 units), Annunciation Blocks DC 8-Window (100 units), D-Shackle (Screw Pin) (200 units), D-Shackle (Normal Size) (250 units), Inhibitor Compound (150 Kg), Conductors Grip (For Lynx) (20 units), Earth Grips (20 units), and Bolt Cutter (Hydraulic) (10 units). Items under NCB-STG-T&P-20 include: Steel Ladder (10 Feet) (10 units), Steel Ladder (15 Feet) (10 units), Nylon Slings (04 Feet) (15 units), Nylon Slings (06 Feet) (15 units), Nylon Slings (08 Feet) (15 units), Steel Slings (04 Feet) (20 units), Steel Slings (06 Feet) (20 units), and Steel Slings (08 Feet) (20 units). The technical scope covers supply of these tools and equipment with free delivery at GEPCO Warehouse Wazirabad. Bidders must be registered or prequalified with DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC as authorized dealers, manufacturers, or suppliers. Bid security is mandatory as per bidding documents, and original bid guarantees must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the e-bid submission deadline. Bids must remain valid for 150 days with bid guarantees valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Bidders should ensure all files uploaded to EPADS include the firm's name and a brief description. Only type-tested equipment from designated laboratories per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023 will be accepted. Late submissions, conditional bids, or bids without required guarantees will be rejected. GEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The tender opening date has been extended to 29 October 2026 at 11:10 AM for NCB-STG-T&P-19 and 11:15 AM for NCB-STG-T&P-20. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 before the tender opening date and regularly check for clarifications. Queries must be submitted at least three days prior to tender opening. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the bid security and ensure all technical documents, including valid type test reports, are complete and uploaded correctly on EPADS to avoid disqualification.
