Procurement of Track Suits for ICT Students

The Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination Islamabad is inviting proposals for the procurement of track suits specifically for ICT students. Bidders must be reputable authorized dealers or manufacturers registered on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR and must have valid GST and NTN numbers along with AGPR Vendor Number. The procurement will be conducted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS), and no manual or hard copy bids will be accepted. The scope includes supplying track suits that meet the required standards for students of the Islamabad Capital Territory. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical specifications and quality standards as detailed in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR, ATL status, and relevant experience in supplying similar goods. Tender documents can be collected from 2026-07-13 to 2026-07-28 via EPADS. The public opening of bids will take place on 2026-07-28 at 12:00 PM in the Committee Room of the Ministry of IPC, 2nd Floor, Kohsar Block, Islamabad. Earnest money in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit in favor of SO (General), Ministry of IPC must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 AM on the closing date.
