Procurement of T-2061 Transformer Oil (Class-I) for Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO)

Items being procured: - Transformer Oil Class-1 or insulating oil, quantity 10,640 Liters delivered in new steel drums of 205 Liters capacity each, to QESCO Regional Store at Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk, Quetta. The scope includes delivery on FCS basis to the specified QESCO Regional Store in Quetta. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have satisfactory past performance supplying transformer oil to DISCOs or related entities. Bid security or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day on EPADS v2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted.
