Procurement of Two CBU DCC 680 kVA Diesel Generator Sets

The Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, through its Headquarters NADRA in Islamabad, is inviting bids for the procurement of two CBU DCC 680 kVA Diesel Generator Sets (DG Sets). This procurement is aimed at enhancing the power backup capacity at NADRA's facilities. Items being procured: - Two (02) CBU DCC 680 kVA Diesel Generator Sets (DG Set) The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with evaluation based on the Lowest Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered Income Tax and Sales Tax payers and appear on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR. The technical scope includes supply of fully built-up diesel generator sets with the required capacity and compliance with the referenced "P71366" E-Pads v2.0 specifications. Eligibility criteria require submission of a Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. Vendors must also submit hard copies of NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration proof, Business Registration proof, and an undertaking of non-blacklisting on company letterhead. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4th August 2026 at 1100 hrs at the Procurement Department, HQ NADRA, G-5/2 Islamabad. The last date for bid submission is Thursday, 13th August 2026 at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0 electronic bidding system. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and ensure timely submission to avoid technical issues. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PP Rules 2004.
