Tender Description
The Independent System and Market Operator Guarantee Limited (ISMO) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of tyres and batteries under contract reference P54608 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to support the operational needs of ISMO located at Pitras Bukhari Road, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad Capital Territory. Interested bidders registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform are invited to participate in this competitive bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured:
- Battery 115 AH (5 units)
- Battery 60 AH (2 units)
- Battery 200 AH (1 unit)
- Tyre for Toyota Hiace (10 units)
- Tyre for Suzuki Ciaz (5 units)
- Tyre for Toyota Corolla 2019 (5 units)
- Tyre for Toyota Corolla 2004 (5 units)
The batteries must meet minimum plate specifications (115 AH with 15 plates, 60 AH with 9 plates, 200 AH with 21 plates). Tyres must be tubeless, radial, and of the 2026 manufacture year with fitting included, matching the specified sizes for each vehicle type. Delivery is to be made at ISMO Islamabad within 15 days of contract award.
Bidders must be registered with FBR and provide bid security as specified. The bidding documents and detailed specifications are available on the EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 21, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
Eligibility requires valid NTN/GST registration, minimum three years of relevant supply experience, and no blacklisting. Bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
