Procurement of Tyres for Punjab Ring Roads Authority

Punjab Ring Roads Authority invites sealed bids package wise basis from reputable firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Department for Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST) purpose with active taxpayer profile and having adequate experience for supply of tyres. Items being procured: - Tyres for Punjab Ring Roads Authority Bids shall be received and processed on Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Documents are immediately available from Punjab Ring Roads Authority websites prra.punjab.gov.pk and PPRA ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding documents can also be obtained during office hours on submission of a written request on company letterhead. A Bid Security of 350,000 PKR must be submitted as described by BOP/PPRA/PITB. Sealed bids must reach through E-PROCUREMENT portal http://www.ep.punjab.gov.pk to the office of the Deputy Director (A&C) no later than 08-09-2026 ON 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives with valid authority letter. Punjab Ring Roads Authority is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by courier/post office. If official holiday falls on submission day, next day will be treated as closing date. Management may reject bids any time prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
