Tender Description

The Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Logistics) Islamabad is procuring essential automotive supplies for its Motor Transport (MT) Fleet for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Islamabad Capital Territory Police and aims to ensure the fleet remains operational and well-maintained throughout the year. Items being procured: - Tyres - Tubes - Batteries - Filters (Oil, Air, Fuel) These items are critical for the maintenance and smooth functioning of police vehicles. The procurement involves quality products suitable for the MT fleet, ensuring durability and compliance with operational standards. The tender documents, including detailed terms, technical specifications, and essential requirements, are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 portal. Eligible bidders must be registered firms or companies holding valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration Numbers (STRN). They must be active taxpayers included in the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The tender submission must be accompanied by certified copies of registration documents, general sales tax registration, national tax number, and bank account details. Vendors registered with AGPR Islamabad should clearly mention their vendor number. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method, emphasizing quality and cost-based selection in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and PPRA guidelines. Each bid must include a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as prescribed. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS version 2.0 by 11:00 AM on Monday, August 10, 2026. Late or manually submitted bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of required items based on actual needs. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your EPADS registration is active and complete well before the submission deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. Also, carefully prepare your bid security documents as per the prescribed format to prevent disqualification.
