Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Procurement Office invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the supply of tyres and tubes required at the Transmission Headquarters, Faisalabad. This procurement is under tender number FST/TE/056/26 with contract reference P127024 for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 03:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM.
Items being procured:
- Tyre Tubeless Size 255/70 R15 (16 units)
- Tyre Tubeless Size 225/70 R-17C (8 units)
- Tyre Tubeless Size 215/70 R-16 (8 units)
- Tyre Tubeless Size 265/60 R-18 (12 units)
- Tyre With Tube & Flapper Size 6.50-16 LT (4 units)
The tyres must conform to the attached technical specifications (Appendices C1 to C5). Delivery is required within 30 days at the Transmission Headquarters Faisalabad stores. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Performance/Warranty Bond Guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of purchase order issuance. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and provide valid NTN, GST, and Professional Tax certificates.
The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bids must be firm, irrevocable, and valid for at least 60 days. Partial or conditional bids will be rejected. Bidders are advised to carefully review all tender documents and submit complete bids through EPADS v2.0 only. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
