Procurement of Tyres and Tubes for Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi invites sealed bids for the procurement of various types of tyres and tubes under tender number SSGC/LP/EPADS2/PT/2194326. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Items being procured include: - Tyre 6.50 x 14LT, 10 PR, max load 930KG @ 75PSI single, 900KG @ 75PSI dual (70 units) - Tube for tyre 4.50 x 12 (600 units) - Tyre 4.50 x 12 8PLY (600 units) - Tyre tubeless with nozzle, size 195/80 R 15, 8PR steel belted, radial (40 units) - Tyre tubeless with nozzle size 265/65 R 17C (40 units) - Tyre tubeless with nozzle, size 205/70 R 15 C, radial (100 units) - Tyre 250-17 6 PLY for motorcycle 70CC rear wheel (150 units) - Tube for 225-17 & 250-17 6 PLY tyres of motorcycle 70CC front/rear wheels (250 units) - Tyre 165/65 R-14 (70 units) - Tyre tubeless with nozzle, size 245/70 R 16 (50 units) - Tyre tubeless with nozzle size 185/60 R-15 (60 units) - Tyre size 215/75 R-17.5, 135/133J (20 units) - Tube for tyre 215/75 R 17.5, 135/133J with short straight nozzle (20 units) The technical scope requires all tyres and tubes to be of current year manufacturing, fresh, unused, and conforming to approved samples and specifications. Imported tyres must be accompanied by import documentation and test certificates. The supplier must provide dealership or distributor certification from the manufacturer or authorized distributors. The delivery schedule requires 50% of tyres and tubes within 15 to 30 days after purchase order placement and the remaining quantity within 60 to 90 days after first delivery. Delivery locations include Operation Store, KT and Khadeji Store in Karachi. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR, active tax payer status, and compliance with SSGC's Integrated Management System and blacklisting mechanism. Bid security of PKR 350,000/- in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee is mandatory.
