Tender Description
The Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Logistics), Islamabad, is inviting bids for the procurement of uniform items, both stitched and unstitched, for the Islamabad Police for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is crucial to ensure that the police force is adequately equipped with quality uniforms to maintain their professional appearance and operational readiness.

The procurement will be conducted through sealed electronic bids submitted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0. Bidders must be registered entities with valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN), and must be active taxpayers listed on the FBR Active Tax Payers List. The tender requires submission of certified copies of the firm’s registration, General Sales Tax Registration, National Tax Number, and bank account details. Vendors registered with AGPR Islamabad should clearly mention their vendor number.
The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method under QCBS, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and PPRA guidelines. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of required items as per need.
The deadline for bid submission is **Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM**, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. Registration on EPADS version 2.0 is mandatory for participation.
