Procurement of Used Desktops for PTCL Contact Centres

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites bids for the procurement of used desktops specifically for PTCL Contact Centres located in Islamabad. This procurement is conducted under DDP-PKR basis inclusive of all applicable taxes and follows PTCL's requirements and Scope of Work (SOW). Items being procured: - Used Desktops for PTCL Contact Centres Bidders must ensure their bids are accompanied by a Bank Guarantee as bid security in the name of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited – HQ, Islamabad, amounting to PKR 100,000. This guarantee must be valid for six months from the date of issuance and issued by a first class or scheduled bank located in Pakistan. Non-compliance with this requirement will lead to disqualification from further processing. Bids must be submitted only through the SAP Ariba Platform via the provided link before the deadline of August 24, 2026, at or before 05:00 PM. Vendor registration is mandatory for all bidders interested in supplying equipment or products to PTCL. Vendors must mention their Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL on their bids. Unregistered vendors are required to register with PTCL to maintain a good and continuous business relationship. Vendor registration forms can be downloaded from PTCL's official website. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time without incurring any cost or liability to the affected bidders.
