Procurement of Vehicle Insurance Services

The Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI) Lahore invites bids through E-Procurement from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order service providers registered with E-Procurement and PPRA. Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Firms blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI are not eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Vehicle Insurance Services - Insurance services including tracker provision for official vehicles The bidding documents with detailed specifications and instructions can be downloaded from the PPRA Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and PESSI website www.pessi.gop.pk. The bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Firms must submit 2% bid security of the estimated price amounting to Rs.16.5 million electronically on the Punjab E-Procurement System in favor of the Government of Punjab through BOP. Bids must be uploaded with readable scanned copies of documents and bid security electronically by 16-11-2026 at 02:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM. Procurement will be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and E-Procurement regulations. The tender may be cancelled at any stage as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is registered on the Punjab E-Procurement portal well in advance and upload all required documents including bid security before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
