Procurement of Vehicle Repair, Office Stationery, Consumables, and Equipment Repair

The Directorate of Agriculture Gilgit-Region is inviting quotations from experienced firms and suppliers for procurement of various essential items to support its operational and administrative functions in Gilgit. This procurement is critical for maintaining the efficiency of agricultural machinery and office operations in the region. Items being procured: - Repair/maintenance of Vehicles/Transport, Agricultural Machineries - Office Stationery - Generic Consumable Materials, Inputs, Agricultural tools implements - Office Equipment, office supplies, Misc items, Repair of equipment and other accessories The scope covers repair and maintenance services for vehicles and agricultural machinery, along with supply of office stationery and consumable materials. Additionally, office equipment and miscellaneous items including repair of equipment and accessories are included. The procurement will be conducted under the Directorate of Agriculture located on KIU Road, Gilgit, ensuring local availability and support. Eligible bidders should have relevant experience in vehicle and machinery repair, as well as supply of office and agricultural consumables. Registration with FBR and ATL is required. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure, with financial bids opened only for technically qualified bidders. A 3% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the total bid price is mandatory as Earnest Money in favor of the Director Agriculture Gilgit-Region. Tender documents can be obtained during office hours and must be submitted by 17-08-2026 at 10:00 AM. The opening of tenders will take place the same day at 10:30 AM. The approved rates will remain valid until 30-06-2027.
