Procurement of Vehicle Tyres for Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar

The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), an autonomous body under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids from well-established and reputed firms registered with FBR and KPRA for the procurement of vehicle tyres. This procurement is specifically for the Institute located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Vehicle Tyres The tender documents containing bidding procedures, terms and conditions, and item specifications can be obtained free of cost from the office of the Procurement Officer at IMSciences. Bidders are required to submit a sealed CDR or Bank Draft amounting to 2% of the total bid cost in favor of IMSciences, Peshawar, in hard form. This must be submitted latest by 3:00 PM on October 14, 2026, at the office of the undersigned. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS e-procurement portal only. Bids submitted physically or through any other digital media including email will not be considered. Bidders who submit bids on EPADS but fail to submit the physical CDR/Bank Draft by the deadline will be considered non-responsive. The bid opening will take place at 3:30 PM on October 14, 2026, in the Conference Room, Academic Block of IMSciences, 1-A, Sector E-5, Phase-VII, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Interested bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening. Clarifications regarding the bidding process will be communicated through EPADS within the stipulated time and can also be sought in person during office hours. No clarifications will be entertained at the time of bid opening. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely submission of both the digital bid and physical bid security to avoid disqualification.
