Procurement of Vehicles Tyres with Fitting, Wheel Balancing and Alignment

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Peshawar is inviting pre-qualification applications for the procurement of vehicles tyres through an Open Framework Agreement. This procurement is specifically for the supply of tyres along with fitting, wheel balancing, and alignment services for NADRA's fleet in Peshawar. The procurement will cover various vehicle types and tyre sizes as detailed below. Items being procured: - Corolla Altis tyres 205/55/R16 (4 per year) - Hino DUTRO 720 tyres 7.50/R16 (76 per year) - Isuzu Truck tyres 7.50/R16 (44 per year) - Suzuki Cultus VXL tyres 165/65/R14 (24 per year) - Suzuki Pickup tyres 165/70/R12 (48 per year) - Suzuki Van Bolan tyres 165/70/R12 (32 per year) - Toyota Hiace Commuter tyres 235/65/R16 (48 per year) - Toyota Hilux tyres 195R14C and 215/70/R15C - Toyota AT 140 tyres 225/70/R17C - Toyota Revo tyres 265/60/R18 Michelin AT - Toyota Vigo tyres 245/70/R16 and 31x10.50R15 LT AT - Any other tyre sizes required for any kind of vehicles (60 per year) The scope includes supply and installation of tyres with complete fitting, wheel balancing, and alignment. Tyres must be of approved quality and brand, with manufacturing dates not older than six months. Failure to maintain quality or quantity specifications during the contract period will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and cancellation of the tender. Orders will be placed as per requirement and may vary over time. The maximum supply time for ordered items is fifteen days after receipt of the purchase order. Eligible bidders must be registered firms or companies based in Peshawar, with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations. They should have a minimum of five years relevant experience, provide proof of financial stability with a minimum bank statement credit of PKR 5 million, and submit all required documents including POs/WOs from the last five years. The pre-qualification process is open to all national applicants meeting these criteria. Applications must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 13-Aug-2026 at 14:00 hours. The opening of applications will take place the same day at 14:30 hours at NADRA RHO Peshawar, Plot# 5, Sector B-1, Phase 5, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
