Procurement of Web Sling Belts and Lowering Belts for SNGPL DI Khan

The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of various Web Sling Belts and Lowering Belts to be delivered at SNGPL Camp, Opposite Kundi Model Farm, Khokhar Adda, 7.0 km Chashma Road, Dera Ismail Khan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender number FCS/DIK/TE/039/26. Items being procured: - Web Sling Belt Capacity 5 Ton, 20 Nos - Web Sling Belt Capacity 10 Ton, 4 Nos - Web Sling Belt Capacity 15 Ton, 10 Nos - Web Sling Belt Capacity 20 Ton, 4 Nos - Web Sling Belt Capacity 25 Ton, 5 Nos - Web Sling Belt Capacity 40 Ton, 5 Nos - Web Sling Belt Capacity 50 Ton, 6 Nos - Lowering Belt Capacity 25 Ton, 6 Nos - Pipe Lifting Belt Capacity 15 Ton, 7 Nos - Pipe Lifting Belt Capacity 25 Ton, 5 Nos - Pipe Lifting Belt Capacity 45 Ton, 4 Nos The belts are specified with vertical working load limits (WLL) ranging from 5 to 50 tons, lengths of 8 meters, and constructed from 100% High Tenacity Polyester webbing with anti-slip, strong grip, durable, and washable properties. Safety factor ratio is 7:1, with heavy-duty alloy steel iron heads for pipe lifting belts. Delivery is required within 15 days of purchase order issuance. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, hold a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2026-27, and submit original bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft at the SNGPL procurement office before the closing time. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 3:00 PM on September 8, 2026, with bid opening at 3:30 PM the same day. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
