Procurement of White Offset Paper and Allied Printing Material for PCP Press Islamabad

The Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, operating under the Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites sealed bids from manufacturers and general order suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of the FBR. Eligible bidders must be on the active taxpayer list of the FBR. This procurement is for white offset paper and allied printing materials required for the PCP Press in Islamabad. Items being procured: - White Offset Paper - Allied Printing Material Detailed specifications, sizes, quantities, and delivery locations on FOR basis are provided in the tender/bidding documents. Bidders must upload their complete bids on the PPRA EPADS portal by 18.11.2026 at 2:00 p.m. Additionally, hard copies of bids must reach the office of the Manager (P&D), Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Head Office, Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad by the same deadline. Each bid must be accompanied by Earnest Money/Security Money as specified on EPADS. Bids without earnest money will be disqualified. Two sample sheets of each offered paper/card (full size) must be submitted along with the bid security in sealed covers. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 p.m. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bid validity is 90 days. Purchase quantities may be adjusted according to PPRA rules. Bidders should ensure timely submission of both electronic and hard copies to avoid disqualification.
