The Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Printing Corporation of Pakistan (PCP)) invites sealed bids for the procurement of various high-quality paper products for the financial year 2026-27. The technical scope includes supply of original packing materials with brand names and country of origin clearly indicated. Recycled paper is not acceptable. Delivery location is Khayaban-e-Suhrwardy, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad Capital Territory with a delivery schedule of 7 days for all items. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR (NTN/GSTN) and to provide samples indicating brand and manufacturing mill. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
