Procurement of White Offset Paper 75 GSM, 90 GSM & 100 GSM (Imported), Blue Box Board, White Art Card, Brown Back Kraft Card and P.S. Plates (Imported) for PCP Press Karachi

Earnest Money or Security Money is mandatory per item-wise offer; bids without it will be disqualified. At least two sample sheets of each offered paper/card (full size) must be submitted along with item-wise Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit Receipt. The hard copy of bid security must reach the Manager (P&D) office at the Head Office, Islamabad, by the tender due date and time. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 p.m. Bid validity is 90 days. The purchase quantity may be adjusted by the procuring agency based on requirements and fund availability. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
