Procurement of White Paper 80 grams A4 and Legal Size for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of high-quality white paper for official use. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Each box should contain 5 reams with fine quality packaging. Samples in original company packing must be submitted before the tender closing date; incomplete or late samples will result in disqualification. The samples are non-returnable. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit bids through EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, October 7, 2026, 02:30 PM.
