Procurement of ZM Type Towers (ZM-I, ZM-30 and ZM 60) along with 3M & 6M Extensions

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) in Abbottabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of ZM Type Towers (ZM-I, ZM-30 and ZM 60) along with 3M & 6M Extensions for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - ZM-I type Tower (Complete) - Quantity: 5 - 3M Extension for ZM-I type Tower (Extension pole) - Quantity: 4 - 6M Extension for ZM-I type Tower (Extension pole) - Quantity: 3 - ZM-30 type Tower (Complete) - Quantity: 33 - 3M Extension for ZM-30 type Tower (Extension pole) - Quantity: 9 - 6M Extension for ZM-30 type Tower (Extension pole) - Quantity: 3 - ZM-60 type Tower (Complete) - Quantity: 18 - 3M Extension for ZM-60 type Tower (Extension pole) - Quantity: 7 - 6M Extension for ZM-60 type Tower (Extension pole) - Quantity: 3 The towers and extensions are to be fabricated and supplied as per NTDC specifications, including standards for steel structures, zinc coating, and steel nuts & bolts. Delivery is to be made free to HAZECO Regional Store Abbottabad within 120 days. Bidders must be registered and comply with PEC categories, FBR/ATL registration, and have relevant experience with similar supplies. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is required as per bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal by Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 10:30 AM. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM via EPADS.
