Procurements of Goods and Services under O&M/M&R to Tubewells, Pumping Stations, Government Vehicles, Contingent and Others, Machinery & Equipment, Items

The Executive Engineer, Tubewells Division No.I, Hala, Irrigation Department Government of Sindh, invites electronic bids through SPPRA E-PADS for the Financial Year 2026-27 for the procurement of goods, services, and works under Operation & Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to tubewells, pumping stations, government vehicles, contingent and other machinery & equipment items. Items being procured include a comprehensive range of pump parts such as top shafts, threaded column shafts with protective sleeves, threaded couplings, stuffing box housings, rubber bearing bushes, shaft protective sleeves, column pipe sockets and pipes, pump shafts, bronze impellers for various discharge capacities, sand guards, MS top nuts, discharge, intermediate and suction pieces of bowl assemblies, gland covers and packing, MS delivery pipes of various diameters, rubber sheet packings, and repair services for bowl assemblies and discharge heads. Additionally, electric motor parts and services are included such as rewinding of electric motors of various HP ratings, upper and lower housings, cast iron cowls, motor couplings, magnetic contactors, circuit breakers, thermal overload relays, push buttons, connection boxes, panel boxes, ball bearings, PVC copper wires, and hire of excavator machines for de-silting and de-weeding of sub-drains. Transformers of 25, 50, 100, and 200 KVA for tubewells and pumping stations are also part of the procurement, including rewinding and refitting of high and low tension coils, supplying and fixing cores, transformer oil, and welding services. For government vehicles (Toyota Hilux Vigo/Pick-up & Jimny Jeep), items include ring sets, piston sets, main and big bearing sets, engine overhauling, fan belts, clutch plates, pressure plates, thrust bearings, shock absorbers, heater plugs, labor charges, tyres, cylinders, generators, headlights, indicators, fuel nozzles, cam bushes, diesel pump repairs, brake services, air conditioning services and compressors, reverse back lights, parking lights, air and fuel filters, starting boxes, gas kits, batteries, brake shoes, side glasses, kamani, water bodies, and radiators. Contingent and miscellaneous machinery and equipment items include hire of Toyota pick-up with driver, tractors with front and rear blades, tractor mounted equipment, diesel pumps, dewatering engine pumps of various sizes, cloth pipes of various diameters, tractors with trolleys, water tankers, generators, unskilled labor, sign boards, flags, bamboo poles, wooden pegs, and ranging rods. The technical scope covers supply and repair of new, unused, and current model goods and services as per the specifications. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in relevant categories, active FBR and SRB registration with ATL status, three years of income tax returns and bank statements, experience of similar works, and affidavit of non-blacklisting and non-involvement in litigation. Bids must be submitted electronically via SPPRA EPADS by 01-09-2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid security of Rs. 800,000/- in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, or pay order in favor of Executive Engineer, Tubewells Division No.I, Hala. Original bid security and tender fee of Rs. 3000/- must be submitted in hard copy before bid opening. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules. In case of force majeure or government holidays, submission and opening dates will be deferred to the next working day at the same time and venue.
