The Executive Engineer, TubeWells Division Tando Jam, under the Irrigation Department Government of Sindh, invites electronic bids through SPPRA E-PADS for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement covers Goods and Services under Operation & Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to Tubewells, Government Vehicles, Contingent and Others, Machinery & Equipment, and related items in Hyderabad city. Items being procured include a comprehensive list of pump parts such as Top Shafts, Threaded Column Shafts, Stuffing Box Housings, Rubber Bearing Bushes, Column Pipes, Pump Shafts, Suction Pieces, Bowl Assemblies, Gland Packing, Bronze Impellers, Discharge and Intermediate Pieces, Nuts, Rubber Sheet Packing, Gland Covers, Sand Guards, Delivery Pipes; Panel parts including Circuit Breakers, Magnetic Contactors, Thermal Overload Relays, Panel Boxes, On-Off Switches; Motor parts and rewinding services including Ball Bearings, Housing Repairs, Ratchet Plates, Connection Boxes, Motor Couplings, Copper Wire, Cost Iron Cowls and Fans; Transformer rewinding and fixing services; Government vehicle parts and repair services including Piston Sets, Ring Sets, Valve Guides, Engine Overhauling, Fan Belts, Clutch Plates, Shock Absorbers, Batteries, Generators, Tyres, Wiring, Brake Shoes, Paint and Denting services; and contingent machinery and equipment items such as Red Cloth, Wooden Penjars, Excavator and Tractor hire, Dewatering Pumps, Jute Bags, Cloth Pipes, Water Tankers, Generators, and skilled/unskilled labour. The technical scope includes supply and repair of mechanical and electrical components for tubewells and government vehicles, as well as hiring of machinery and labour for maintenance and operational activities. Bidders must have valid PEC registration (June 2027) in relevant categories, active FBR and SRB registration with ATL status, three years of income tax returns and bank statements, and experience of similar works with documentary evidence. An affidavit on e-stamp regarding non-blacklisting and non-involvement in litigation is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via SPPRA EPADS by 01-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bid security of Rs. 800,000/- and tender fee of Rs. 3000/- (non-refundable) must be attached with the bid and original copies submitted to the Executive Engineer, Tube Wells Division Tando Jam, Banglow No A-28 Civil Line Hyderabad before bid opening. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives. In case of no response, a second attempt will be made on 16-09-2026. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documents including bid security and affidavits are properly signed, stamped, and uploaded on EPADS to avoid disqualification. Also, original documents must be ready for verification upon demand to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria.
