Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the Programming, Operationalization and Optimization of the PAMA Multi-Axis CNC Machine at Heavy Industries Taxila, Punjab. The Supply Chain Management Directorate of Heavy Industries Taxila is procuring specialized software and technical services to enhance the CNC machine's performance and production efficiency.
The scope includes detailed analysis of machine behavior, development of a post processor, testing, 3-D modeling using HIT scanner, calibration, tool strategy definition, sample piece development, pilot runs, and on-job training for HIT staff. The work is to be completed within three months after contract signing, ensuring a production rate of over 20 Breech Rings per month without overtime. This project demands precision programming and optimization to meet stringent manufacturing standards at the Taxila facility.
Bidders must comply with the Ministry of Defence Production (MoDP) and PPRA regulations. Firms should possess valid NTN certificates and be registered or provisionally registered with HIT. The tender requires submission of audited financial reports for the last three years, registration certificates, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting. PEC category and FBR/ATL status should be current for the fiscal year 2025-26. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Draft is mandatory, with validity of bids for 365 days.
The submission deadline is on the 17th of February 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt. The technical and financial proposals are to be submitted separately but within one sealed envelope. Postal order of Rs 2000/- must accompany the technical bid.
